If you are reading this its time to get excited for a change in your life with the 30-day journaling challenge!
At the start of March 2020, I found myself searching for more out of life and wanting to understand how I can truly tap into who I am, my purpose, and how to attain my goals without feeling like a struggle!
As the lockdown began I found myself feeling overwhelmed with all that was happening in our world and not knowing what the future would bring. One night I found a video on youtube talking about the power of journaling and scripting, now mind you I was already familiar with the concept of the law of attraction but had a negative few on it for many years. After watching a few videos on the concept of scripting, I prayed about it and decided to start my journaling journey a few days later.
It has been a few months since I started my very own journaling and life has never been better! My entire mindset has changed and I can honestly say that I feel much more confident in myself, my purpose, my goals, and best of all my connection with God!
Since I starting journaling/scripting I have been able to change my financial situation, I have become a first-time homeowner, and my very own marriage has never been better!
By writing down positive affirmations about myself and life I’m able to see me in another light that before just wasn’t possible.
I have decided to share my experience because I want others to also be able to see that you too can live your best life!
I want others to see just how powerful your thoughts are and that any goal can be attained by simply training your mind to think in a different way.
Below is a video linked that goes into detail about my journaling journey and what I’ve been doing the past few months.
Now I want to challenge you guys to start your very own journaling and scripting for 30 days straight!
First thing is first, do not be intimidated by the idea of having a write every single day, you don’t have to write 3-4 pages unless thats what your heart leads you to do. Writing or scripting should just flow and can be as simple as writing a sentence just to get you in the swing of things.
Each day MAKE TIME to be in a quite place, calm your mind down from overthinking as we all do that! I always recommend doing this first thing in the morning as it really sets the tone for your day.
Write in your journal and be sure to aline your feelings with what you are writing down. Try to really feel out each word and visualize yourself in that situation. Always journal with a heart full of gratitude and love as those are the most powerful emotions.
Before going to bed MAKE TIME to read over one of your journaling entries and just try to reflect on your very own words before going to sleep.
The day you start your journalling leave a comment letting us know about yourself, why you want to start this challenge.
This comment will be almost a way of holding yourself accountable and you will be more prone to actually completing it.
Each week I want everyone to write down what they have been experiencing since starting to journal, as this will keep us all encouraged and inspired.
Let the journaling begin!
